Submission of Supplementary Information
If the information provided is insufficient or the supporting documents are incomplete, the applicant may be required to submit additional information and/or documents.
Payment of Pre-qualification Certification Fee
Applicant that passes the pre-qualification assessment shall pay a certification fee of HK$2,000 by the specified deadline in order to complete the pre-qualification application process.²
- If an applicant is dissatisfied with a decision regarding his pre-qualification status (including being rejected from the Pre-qualified lists, being removed from the Pre-qualified lists or having his pre-qualification status suspended), he may request a review. The decision of the reviewing authority shall be final.
- Pre-qualified status shall remain valid for a period of two years. Consultancy firms and contractors shall submit a renewal application at least 90 days before the expiry of their pre-qualified status.
